I believe a good leader is a person who knows when they need to take charge. At the same time, they can let other people take lead and work with them to achieve the common goal. Leaders must be tough enough to fight but tender enough to cry. Leaders must be human enough to make mistakes, but also humble enough to admit them. Inspiration is the KEY. Nothing is more powerful than the inspired. I'm actually inspired by the feeling that what kind of a world will it be when we are all helping each other, no wars, no hunger, HIV/AIDS no everything that is bad, but just like paradise. Then I ask myself who can do this except me and you.
